About me

Hi, I am Cheng Tang, a PhD student at the Siebel School of Computing and Data Science, UIUC. My research interest currently focuses on Reinforcement Learning and Robustness, both from theoretical and empirical aspect. I hope to design algorithms that are not only practical but also with strong theoretical guarantee. I am very fortunate to work with Professor Pan Xu in Duke University and Professor Ding Zhao in Carnegie Mellon University during my undergraduate studies.
